3. Dal Baati Churma


Dal baati consists of a baati, a round-shaped snack stuffed with Paneer fillings or any filling of your choice, along with that Dal poured over it. A traditional Rajasthani dish, this baati is cooked in ghee. All you need to do is crush the baati and then pour some dal, ghee, and chutney on it, and voila you are good to go!



4. Butter Chicken


This one-dish comes to your mind whenever you are craving something delicious, creamy to satisfy your taste buds. This dish arose in Delhi during the 1950s when a man named Kundan Lal Gujral opened his restaurant called Moti Mahal. This dish is a perfect combination of roasted meat, rich gravy, and loads and loads of butter, as they say, the more the butter, the tastier it is, accomplished best with naan, rumali roti, with some chillis and onions.




5. Awadhi Biriyani


Whether you are a rice lover or not, Biriyani is something whose smell will make you drool and it is bound to arouse your tastebuds. The perfect blend of Spices along with tender meat and Long grain Basmati rice is what makes Lucknow's Awadhi Biriyani so special. This Royal dish is served with Raita and you are good to go!
