1. Bhujangasana (Cobra pose):
This asana is very useful. It not only helps you lose your belly fat but also strengthens your abdominal muscles and relaxes your back.
Steps to perform:
· Lie on the floor with your face down and top of the feet should touch the ground.
· Spread your hands on the floor, next to your shoulders.
· Slowly inhale and life your upper body.
· Hold this position for 25-30 seconds.
· Exhale and lie back on the floor.
2. Dhanurasana (Bow pose):
This asana too helps you lose your belly fat and also helps to strengthen your abs.
Steps to perform:
· Lie on the floor with your face down.
· Next bend your knees and hold your feet up with the support of your hands.
· Inhale and life your hands and feet and raise your thighs and chest at the same time.
· Hold this position for 25-30 seconds.
· Exhale and lie back on the floor.
3. Ustrasana (Camel pose):
This is a more difficult pose. Perform this yoga asana only if you are not suffering from any back issues.
Steps to perform:
· Kneel on the floor first.
· Knees should be hip width and thighs straight with perpendicular to the floor.
· Rest your hands on the top of your buttocks and slightly arch your back.
· Slowly inhale and lean back. Touch and then hold your heels with your hands. Straighten the spine and be careful with your neck.
· Hold this pose for one minute and then back to normal.
